Sales Tax:

Atlanta and other Georgia residents will be charged 7% sales tax on all orders.

Return Policy:

Returns will only be made if a mistake was made with your order by Ribbity-Ribbitz. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return. Custom order returns will not be accepted.

Ribbity-Ribbitz is delighted to accept custom orders for your embroidery needs! Please call or email us with your requests or questions. We'll get back to you with a price quote or with information we need to process your request. If you aren't sure what you want we'll be glad to help you with this process. There may be additional charges for materials we don't have in stock.

Availability:

Due to reasons beyond our control, certain supplies or materials may be discontinued or may not be available from the manufacturer. If this happens you will be contacted to discuss comparable options, if we cannot offer an acceptable substitute a refund will be issued.
